This award is only open to members and is per combination, not just the rider. If you have several horses you may enter more than one combination.

Points for the 2009/2010 awards can be earned between 27th November 2009 and the 26th November 2010. Results cards must be submitted by the 8th December 2010.

The awards cover various disciplines which you can view on the points chart.  At the end of the event year all of your points will be added together, and the combination with the most points will be deemed the winner. There are three categories: overall winner; best young rider; and best veteran combination.

 You will receive a points record card with your renewed membership, and you can also print one off from the website.  When you and your horse get placed at a recognised venue (these being Golden Cross, Plumpton College, Royal Leisure, Pyecombe, Oldencraig, Ardingly, Hickstead, and all other affiliated venues) use the points chart to identify how many points you have achieved and record them on your result cards.

Each entry must be signed by the relevant judge, organiser or secretary of the event.  At the end of the performance award year, all completed cards must be sent to Helen Ripley, Slyes Farm, Rickney Lane, Downash, nr Hailsham, East Sussex. BN27 2RP.   Cards must be received by the 8^th November 2010.

All cards will be checked, and if not consistent or correct the committee reserves the right to make the amendments. 

This is a new idea for UDRC, so we will run the first year as a trial - open to changes and suggestions to improve the scheme for the following year.
