Le Trec
Open to all riders of any ability, this fun sport has something to offer every horse and rider, basically testing the horse and rider’s ability to cope with an all-day ride across varied terrain, route finding, negotiating natural obstacles and hazards.

Show Jumping
From cross pole jumping to technical grid work, the club caters for all levels for horse and rider especially the more nervous rider or horse. The aim of making all activities not only informative but fun and therefore giving a sound and informative base to move on from.

Cross country

Regular clinics are held at various venues and using a range of instructors. Whether it is a new partnership or a more established one the aim is to create a relaxed and fun environment for both horse and rider.

Eventing

Putting all three disciplines of eventing together takes dedication and understanding, the club is able to help and guide any partnership wishing to partake from the first event up to and including affiliated British Eventing.

Dressage

The success of all horse rider partnerships comes from the obedience and harmony between both. If it your first horse or an established one, the club is able to refine or give direction at the same time as meeting other likeminded partnerships without the pressures often associated with the fine art of Dressage.

Teams

From within the club teams are selected, funded, for all disciplines with the most important aim being “to have fun”.

Clinics

It is the aim of the club and as long as there is the support to have a subsidised clinic per discipline per month, held at various venues in and around Uckfield area and using a wide range of instructors. Enabling members to improve their knowledge and abilities at the same time as meeting other likeminded club members.

Social

It is important that the club supports each one of its members and of course each other, and there is no better way to get to know each other than over a small glass of your favourite. Throughout the year a wide variety of evenings are organised with that aim in mind, to relax and to swap stories of the biggest buck or the most special clear round or just to enjoy each other’s company.
